AERS(.0055)...possible RM with Markman Biologics......

Finished accumulating a 1.2+M position in AERS over the last two days at an average under .00485 per share. From an overall fundamental/structural standpoint AERS is not a particularly attractive shell (or quasi-shell). Probably some risk of some type of reorganization (reverse split) at some point, but that is just a guess on my part.



Increased my position up to 2.3+M since the above post, including 200K today in the .0054-.0055 range. A different person (Alan Shinderman) took control of the AERS shell in February. Based on the change of corporate website on OTC Markets, it appears likely that AERS will be doing a RM with Markman Biologics.....
