William Gannon was involved in a company who scammed Investors in a Cancer drug Oncolix?

Do you have any doubt he would use Coronavirus as a catalyst to scam Investors again?

PRTX can make any false claims they want without ever producing a single thing but dilution?

He used the thought of Cancer Victims to dilute a shell company or involved with?
