Looks to me like our shares in LOFB are gone. V Group (through Buzzy) has returned its 110 million plus shares to Boon's treasury in exchange for $150,000 to be paid to V Group.

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong? SO MUCH FOR THAT SPIN OFF
