The problem was we weren't getting anywhere with Calvin Brown. If you have something that is worth saying that is new say it? I'm all ears about what we should do to prove or disprove the selling of unregistered shares. If you believe it happened then can you propose a way to find out if it did? What questions do we need to ask? What autorities do we need to contact? What do we need to do?

The point is we aren't doing anything other than saying the same things over and over about it.

About Midas? I was gone on vacation when that happened, but I'm pretty sure Midas was getting out of line. Personal attacks and other nonsense. We the mods can't ban someone. We can only recommend it to Matt. Matt makes the final desicion.
