INO, No Doc Holliday, Inovio has no idea what it is doing, aside from being adept at publicity. In its forty (40) years of existence, it has never made a single approved product. It hasn't even ever completed a successful Phase 3 Trial.

Folks, just understand, you are in a penny stock (when past R/S considered) pump & dump play. I understand some peeps enjoy these plays. But be careful not to suck newbees in with unfounded accolades for a company that by every professional measure is an abject failure
