If it can go down to 0.21, it should be no issue to go above 0.3.

My reasoning why it will go up :

* volumes is less then yesterday, but still relevant/ selling seems to have stopped partly, hence shares come in stronger hands and will remain there.

* this stock has been shorted, at one point they'll have to cover
