That 64,221 was mine for a Ask slap of a penny limit order. Prior to filling Ask showed $0.0099 with like 174k shares. My order took way to long to fill and separated into two while lowering it on the second split up. Shenanigans are still at play and I am sure it is from shorting. Guess what though ... LOCK DOWN those shares are on LOOOCCCKKK DOWNNNN
