Ya must have missed this bit of info... David Christensen is now a Director AND the President of MSSV.

ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On November 27, 2019, and in connection with the execution of the Assignment and the LOI, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. David Christensen former director and CEO of LAHO, to serve as director and president of the Company and, as an inducement, issued to Mr. Christensen 50,000 shares of its Series AA in connection with said appointments (”Inducement”).
