There is (or at least was) obviously more than just a PR machine here.

Beer WAS produced.
Licenses WERE obtained.
Distribution & sales (at some level) DID/DOES happen.
The beer DOES get pretty good reviews.

The question I'm trying to understand is WTF happened that a nascent but promising & actively going operation just stopped and went silent.

As to your rather one dimensional diatribe about grow lights, I'm no expert company historian, but wasn't that before Ted's time?
