I cant believe I did'nt see that error earlier, it's not possible to have proved financial loss unless you could conclude you had lost something of obvious value. It's like the inability to eat your cake and have it too. You could claim you lost financially but proving it is another issue. The judge errd it saying they proved it. Somethings gotta give....
