Here's my advice--

Take whatever "stupid money" an oil and gas speculator/flipper offers to buy your mineral rights and put it in gold or in your mattress rather buying shares of an Eddie Vakser/ Dave Perley penny stock scam. At least you'll have something of value a year from now instead of their worthless paper.

Show me one stock these guys have pumped that has resulted in a going concern.. I'll wait.

Heck, take it to one of the dozens of casinos in Oklahoma. At least you'd have fun and a chance at coming away with more than you bet.
