Their claim is absolutely backed up by CDC guidance, and uses the same terminology as the CDC website.

The CDC advised that products effective against similar viruses can advertise use against Corona a few days ago. This product uses HOCL just like PCTL.

My guess is it is being reviewed by attorneys right now.
