That's an MM trade. They typically trade 10000 shares all the time to manipulate buyers into buying at the ask when they don't have as much trading experience and don't know how to read the volume. Right now they are just trying to sucker people into buying 3s before the end of the day 2 dump. This has been going for a while now all the way from .0009
