The court has an emergency motion in place for the Receiver to include all the new Cubera assets.

13003/05/2020MEMO ENDORSEMENT on RECEIVER'S EMERGENCY MOTION TO EXPAND RECEIVERSHIP with respect to [129] EMERGENCY MOTION to Expand Receivership. ENDORSEMENT: Defendant must file a response by March 18, 2020 indicating why the Court should not modify the Receiver Order to expand the Receivership to include the Cubera entities. SO ORDERED. I read somewhere that shareholders can possibly intervene and stop some of these actions, or are we completely powerless?
