Just got off the phone..........................I spoke to the SEC, and they told me that an S-1 or FORM 10, filed today......and I was about to file it, thank goodness he called me back this morning. ............The SEC told me just now that this would not be enough to get current registered. We acknowledged the FRAUD FORM 15 filing from 2007 and he spoke the words BAUM!

I just spoke to my contact attorney at the SEC. WE REVIEWED THE SEC FILINGS TOGETHER ON THE PHONE TODAY - !!!!!!!!!
The guy looked at them for like 15 minutes, and after that did say, "Accr looks to be current reporting on glance....."

He told me on the phone in addition to that, we still need audited fins, which I don't have yet----> ACCR has a 2 year plan with the SEC, that I promised them. Nothing on file....nothing on paper.........Just my word to the SEC today again Mr. B************* at the Div of Corp Finance at the SEC, that I will never sell stock for another 10 years. He said, "Ok! and bye..."

I am going to turn on ACCEPT PAYMENTs ON THE WEBSITE NOW - so this is now public info on a public forum!!!!!!!!

watch....the SEC and I also talked about ACCR as a stock. I acknowledge this is a stock, and I begged my guy there never to revoke our Charter.....because I have not broken any law. I told him that......yes I did!

Check OTC Markets soon.....CORONA DEATH is around, and there are sovereign wealth funds selling the DOW.............but not in my NON THC BUSINESS SALES PLAN.....which I will sell my little plants. Ooops, PUBLIC INFO...I just sold the 4 little plants just now to one of my patients! Gotta go clip more of my MOTHERs!
