Orin Hatch has 83,000 share options exercisable on April 8 at $2.07 per share. Given that PRED is basically broke looks like conversion will have be shares instead. At the current PPS he will get just about 300,000 commons out of the deal.
He isnt the only one either with options held by others like Sorentino(666 thous.), Dey(150 thous.) and Moyes(83 thous.) that are due around the same time.
