if they had to come up with 2.4 milion shares to fill that today, the price of .0093 is probably the cost average of the shares they had to accumulate up. And if they pieced together 2.4 million for the end of day trade, We should be making that harder to do.
I had a buy order in for .009 that "mysteriously disappeared"
