this PR has holders of IMTL shares no longer interested in selling below 4. Even that pricing will be subject to question sooner than later. The reality is that IMTL has something going for itself and is bound to have its share price rise as a result. Timing on getting sufficient shares at the lower end pricing is everything here if any of what I state makes sense to you.
