Greetings Arnold,

Issues concerning CYGX, its science and its management have ceased to be an issue with several RBW's on this board. It seems that they are far more concerned with some manner of personal vendetta than with discussing the pros and cons of our situation with CYGX. It is hilarious to watch them try to stretch every word written by those who hold anything other than favorable views of every act, yea even word issued by management.

With Lawrence and Frank gone, we have an opportunity at seeing some improvement. Malcolm promised some of us (years ago) that Lawrence had been to his last ASM as an officer. Well, that wasn't honored and he not only attended severl more, he was there in his capacity as a member of the board.

We wish our interim CFO the very best with her job. It will be very difficult and she will need a lot of assistance. She is a very sharp young lady and seems to be a real expert with numbers. I do not know about her ability to raise funds. We many of us suggested a long time ago, that was an area that LW could peform. He could have ben put in a position where he only raised funds and that would have been an asset to the company instead of putting him in a position where he had real world CFO rsponsibilities.

Of course, it was also suggeste by some that Malcolm should step into a position where his abilities with IP issues could be utilized and that someone with real world successful corporate building experience should be in that position. We have been a little light in that manner of expertise since the untimely death of Lawrence Meeley.

Let's raise our glasses to the future and hope hat the changes that are going to be necessary to increase our value and help our fantastic back shop get some products to market. I think I'll head over to Nanjing Road and get a massage just for Yin and XX ... LOLOL. I am going to drop by George and Yao's new restaurant for some more Texas BBQ. I feel at home there ... lol ... strange: Yaos in Houston has the best Peking Duck in USA and Yaos in Shanghai has best Texas BBQ in China ... hmmmmmmmmmm
