QUESTION. WILL WE EVER SEE 4% OR HIGHER ON TEN YEAR TREASURY AGAIN?

i say no and it could be disastrous as we head to 0 or negative.

If they could not raise in 2018 and 2019 without upsetting the market, how do they raise from 1-1.25 to 3-3.5 if Dow is over 30000 and SP 500 say is 3500+ without crushing markets and housing?

i am definitely buying some gold bc it's going to $2000-2500 in 2021 or 2022

Thoughts?
