Yes that is incredible news. IMO the impact of this would be gradual as the local exchanges and access to institutes is being setup up. Assuming current average of $100 per wallet, adoption by 25% of population in India would add $33 Billion USD to the Bitcoin Market and upwards of $130 Billion long term. FOMO like 2017 would be stronger this time. Future is bright!
