All kidding aside, it sounds like he wants to avoid being claimed to be a 10% share holder with stiffer requirements to print and sell shares? But it says shares that could be issued in debt conversion, meaning it is debt, not yet shares(?) but what stock price was that based on???
Also that exceed the AS IIRC???
One thing is for sure, with only 5%(?) room in the AS, 9.99% ain't gonna happen if the AS is 1.00 Bil shares and .95 bil are already in the float.
It is an indication ICLD ain't dead yet. Debt collectors don't let good scams die till they have fully cashed out.
But what did ICLD do with its 7 Mil SGSI-share stake?
It's still worth about $100,000 if they hurry and sell LOLOL.
