Most that buy a Story are not
Educated Traders or Investors

If he does the Reverse Split now
It's, start over,,Just like last yr

You have to sell fewer shares

The reason I mention the spin-off
Is Kpay fits the profile
Using that license as bait
Free shares have been the
Finishing Touch on many a scam

But, he may just sell it to oblivion
He made Tons of cash this past Year
Who knows, I just gave an Educated Guess
Spin-off is about the only ploy left
And it's worked all to often
