Actually there are many facts and all point to Costello being a serial scammer.

I don't think that the Costello followers believed the BS in the press releases about Squad Drone.

Costello tried to convince investors that Squad Drone was a real company but it wasn't registered as a business entity in Washington - a recently purchased domain and a one page website - that is about nothing.

Costello isn't registered with the FAA - he isn't licensed in the state of Washington.

The problem for shareholders is that there isn't a single fact that proves Costello has any assets worth doing a reverse merger with.
