I have several million shares and have spoken with the company on numerous occasions. I have also spoken with the debt holder and they are willing to work with management to bring in a merger partner.

Keeping filings up to date is a good sign that something is working in the background.

It seems like most have been aboard this ship for a while so why sell at the bottom where there is no liquidity then wait a month or so to see if things materialize
