the debate in here is good, but in the context that really could many many contexts. a quiet period means no more press releases, and the Company has shut down their Corporate Twitter account as of 3/2.....so the Company who spoke to B********** from the Div of Corp Finance at the SEC.....i heard....promised his SEC Div attorney that in our comeback, we are the least of his problems. i read the Company is processing a name change now....through FINRA. that is public info. i believe a quiet period means the company will not TWITTER or issue PRESS RELEASES or have the CEO post here for 60 days. ME, I'm CYBERCALL.
