Sports Resorts sets 2-for-1 stock split
NEW YORK, July 19 (Reuters) - Sports Resorts International, Inc. (NasdaqSC:SPRI - news) said Thursday its board authorized a two-for-one stock split, adding an additional 70 million shares.
Sports Resorts, formerly known as Colonel's International, gets about 85 percent of its sales from making bedliners for pickup trucks, with the remainder coming from The Colonel's Brainerd International Raceway motor track.
Shares of Sports Resorts rose 5.39 percent or 73 cents to $14.27 on the Nasdaq.
