Is there a Bounce Back Potential?

I got out when I spoke to Mgt and they said they had no money
and were not putting in their own and nothing on the horizon
but hope for something later in 2020, that was late Nov or early Dec I think.

You don't do anything in thsee markets with hope except trend downwards.

Don't think it's going to happen with this Mgt even with their good intentions,

keeping a eye on it in case something does change starting from the top,

but been this way for the 3 years I've been here and same as over a dozen years ago when I was in it before.
