It's mesmerizing, I know. Why did they dilute this so much?? Why did Raley and Watford each take 21 billion shares as compensation??? Why did entities like Whalehaven Capital, Bridgepoint and Offshore Opportunity Fund and others each receive billions of shares to settle roughly $10 million of debt??? And 12 years later this still trades lightly.

However, it's hard for me to overlook/ignore BlissBull's theory of UVSE's interest in 1 billion barrels of crude. Past actions by investors as outlined above can only be explained by a theory as far-fetching as BlissBull's. Those debt holders knew something. They must have been promised an immense return, a plan as lucrative as 1 billion barrels of oil, as BlissBull has theorized on this board
