Most of the shares they own were "given" to them as part of their compensation. They didn't open their wallets and purchase shares. To me you and I have skin in the game because we put earned money into purchasing shares. Their shares were given to them as compensation. They have every right to purchase additional shares on the open market and have failed to do so. If I was an insider confident this was a $5 or $10 stock and it was selling for 50 cents, I would be backing the truck up to the dock and filling it up.
