I would imagine that it would take some time to audit 4 companies and rebuild the P&L to show proforma accurately.
Sometimes no news is best IMO...gives the company a chance to dig into their strengths and weakness and address them quickly.
These guys have a lot to do so I am patient and expecting good things.
