Any one else see the Similarities between

Nwyu and cnnc ?

You have to dig pretty deep but the same person that took this over when it was Nova mining took over a stock called pbec
Then reverse split it and changed it to cnnc

Cnnc comes with almost 4 mill in Losses that they can use to offset future gains.

Thought I read in here that someone was thinking a merger could be brewing what better company to merge with then one that comes with a free 4 million dollars in tax write offs
