Why would SRMX split, and if they did, what ratio would apply?

Motivations to split:

1. Stay compliant on a higher exchange; that does not apply.

2. Raise share price to uplist; that does not apply, no way, not now.

3. Make room to authorize additional shares at the same time; IMO, that does not apply because they have issued only about half of their authorized shares.

4. Create a "Vanity" PPS; I doubt that would be desired by Max. It's Market Cap that matters, and that will rocket with revenue.

5. What am I missing? I cannot find a reason that this stock would rs anytime soon.

For arguments sake, let's say there is an rs for Vanity reasons, to eliminate the perception that comes with AS and OS in the billions.

10. With 1 for 10, the AS falls to 1.5B and OS about 780M, and Max's shares become about 80M.

20. With 1 for 20, the AS falls to 750M and OS about 390M, and Max's shares become about 40M.

50. With 1 for 50 the AS falls to 300M and OS about 156M, and Max's shares become about 16M.

100. With 1 for 100 the AS falls to 150M and OS about 78M, and Max's shares become about 8M.

1000. With 1 for 1000 the AS falls to 15M and OS about 7.8M, and Max's shares become about 800K.

3000. With 1 for 3000 the AS falls to 5M and OS about 2.6M, and Max's shares become about 267K.

The bears are saying there is a 1 for 3000 imminent; POPPYCOCK! Why would Max do that to himself. Even when considering a lower amount, I cannot see any compelling reason to do it.

But make TRITOM a product that is available to purchase, reliably on time, and both the revenue and the market cap explode! That eliminates any need for additional dilution and likely spurs buyback.

TRITOM is gold!
