Thanks for all DD lately. I think it's kind of late to blame this and that. What's done have been done. I hope the mgmt can learn their mistake this time (in our expense, too bad) and in the future M&A, "NEVER GUARANTEE" your share price in the negotiation term, nobody do that, even Carl Icahn don't do that. Speculation is what the market does, you know what kind of cards you're holding, put it on the table and work it out, negotiation is negotiation. Maybe the mgmt needs a more competent negotiator. That's my 3 cents, LOL. JMHO
