Power Conversion technologies and ELTZ had an LOI to merge. That fell through when ELTZ was suspended and subsequently moved to Grey Market. Now Power Conversion technologies and OZSCD have a similar LOI. That is the connection. IMO, things don't look very promising with the other ticker either.
