You must have known that this would be the ruling after the December hearing. Yet, the other day you stated that the USPTO NOA on February 25th would cause the bad guys a great deal of concern. You seem to be discounting the USPTO NOA in today's posts and implying that the only recourse is procedural and not factual. From everything that I have read a material factual or legal matter that was overlooked in the decision is an important basis to being granted a rehearing. The February 25th USPTO NOA is certainly that.
