Hey there, lots of entry points along the way,
as always, uncertain timeline causes PPS drop..
that is where we are, lots of nervous people
some sitting on sidelines waiting for entry simply closer to court date once PPS starts to rise,
its penny land not exactly filled with institutional investors here.
stock is easy to manipulate if you want to,

so people asking why all the sells,

selling begets more selling, which causes price to drop,
price drops buy shares, price goes up, sell shares, price goes down,
its called making money people.
It might not be your way, but it is very feasible, and I would bet that is what you are seeing, people making money who don't simply buy and hold.
