I really didn't believe they were heading in that direction before this news.

Now I truly dont see it

The only thing I feared was in the back of my head was toxic financing on the back of commons for another asset or to keep thing afloat during a beyond challenging start-up

Some credit to SL and CD (if and more like when they pull off the deal) they did not go that route the past year with finances as they were. Commons have certainly carried this company far enough buying the assets. Now its time for the Company to clean slate and get them all up and integrated with other products to see how the system they set out for works.

It is a much more favorable rural climate with insurance and government breaks, also with greater urgency to be operational politically and healthcare needs peaking as well. The timing seems right
