I guess for some reason peeps keep forgetting that GIFX is still protected under form 15-12g from going grey.

Shutdown by SEC and Grey sheets are not a concern at this point at all.

Whether one likes or dislikes what or how GIFA is/has handled things it is still within the protection of SEC rules and regulations.

Everytime Kisa has done something of SEC questionable action Bill Aul comes through with some kind of News that keeps them within the Law's of SEC. I personally believe part of this last News release was just that.
