Just people selling to get out/adjustments. Again there is a lower chance of a f/s if the price is in the teens/twenties. If it bops down to 5 or 6 then its doable. No way theyd run a f/s when there are still so many whales at 14 pps. Get it to 2 or 3, knock a few whales off and then bam.

I'd much rather have 110,000 shares at 2.00 then 110 at 14.
