The most likely hypothesis is that the acquisition of Sinister Labs will be announced at The Arnold Classic. Sinister Labs has confirmed the merger three times, and IGEX CEO has as well. Scott James first announced Sinister Labs at The Arnold Classic and it makes sense he would want to make this announcement there. That explains the delay. Also perfect timing for the PR coming this week. The Sinister Labs team and IGEX CEO will all be there at The Arnold. Law firm handling the merger also does all the mergers for David Lazar, so they know what they're doing. Everything speaks for it, so I give it a 99.999% probability.
