But you are right about one thing... revocation and grey markets do create an illiquid situation and is the reason EMH doesn't work.

Also, it's very hard to get substantial amount of shares without a very high bid because they are so tightly held.

Of course, the share price will also be low due to the end of day tape painting nature of the greys.

A dividend will solve that... and a dividend we shall get in my opinion.
