Infected cases are being severely under-reported so as not to cause panic. Lack of Gov transparency should be of no surprise to FNMA shareholders as we've experienced it for 10+ years now.

When the cases are under reported it is much better news with only 1-2 fatalities.

There is no way to test every citizen. When people go to hospital then only testing is done.
