NAGP public stock is obviously out of business

Anyone investing in the "NAEG" kind private restricted stock NAEG symbol? (same company after delisting)

If so, I had some questions if people know if it's a ongoing project, seems attractive value play, IMO, but - the NAGP and NAEG shares NOT registered with SEC and registration for NAEGP revoked 2017 (see link), doesn't seem to make sense, any information, anyone has, would be helpful.

Does anyone hear from Joe or Raj about NAEG?
Website has not been updated in years. Was wondering if anyone else knows about this NAEG, would love information. Thanks in advance.
