Nancy, we spoke several times in November 2019. We have exchanged emails with each other. I spoke to #######, about 2 weeks ago or so, and we agreed in PRINCIPAL to do services to help ACCR, the Company to get current. I found him "out of the blue," called him myself, and asked him if he would help ACCR get current with Pink Markets and OTC Markets. He said YES!. ######, said he spoke to OTC Markets, and all we need for his proven attorney letter.

I borrowed the money from my brother, and I am making a personal donation for this cause. ##### and Nancy, I have copied B######### of the SEC. He is from the Division of Corp Finance at the SEC. He and I have spoken about ACCR, the Company getting current. ########, for now, the fastest, and most economical way for us is via this Attorney Letter w/ OTC Markets, and in addition, the 2 Annual Report Attorney Disclosure Forms, one for 2018 $900, and one for 2019 $900. ###### has agreed to let me pay for his CONFIDENTIAL AGREED to services, total $2,700.00.

Look, we have not made any stock sales in over 18 years. I am so committed to do anything to bring back ACCR. The Corporation deserves a credible fighting chance back. We will not enter into any toxic funding in the future, as you know I was in the past, licked as a Shareholder in the 90s and 2000s by their criminal activity. ACCR is fully transparent with our Shareholders. I plan to someday step down as CEO, but maybe remain a large Shareholder in this Company. I love it so much!

For now....our plan is to get OTC Markets CURRENT INFORMATION, and remove that bloody STOP SIGN on their site. They will not remove the Stop Sign because of that FRAUD FORM 15 filed back in 2007 (which as we discussed the Company didn't even qualify for it, having had UNDER 300 per 15D 6 checked off in 2007, 13 years ago:
