I don’t pretend to know what the dynamics behind recent management changes are. We all should know Colorado has had no real access to sizable outside capital until last November with the new bill allowing such.

It pretty obvious the broad industry outside Colorado received too much capital without discipline. The interesting thing about Mdcl is they are rolling up profitable businesses in a untapped pioneering state. A state with disciplined and extremely efficient players by necessity. . It seems according to company presentations they maybe the biggest publicly held player in CO once these deals are completed?

Does anyone remember Andy talking about for those that missed canopy that this could be there opportunity?

At some point I believe he had expressed in a question and answer that he was not so interested in outside bigger players taking control.

But the reality is Justin put up real money with warrants at higher levels that could make the company extremely valuable to a strategic acquirer. I have no idea how they intended to fund the full cash components of all the targets but even if some cash payments are reduced or pushed out another larger player could get a lot of value out of a stock acquisition by getting the shares above Justin’s exercise price on his warrants. That in itself will bring in significant cash if exercised.

I have to assume after all these years that Andy must understand the need for a strategic partner in order to reach everyone’s goals. What ever is going on the message seems to be Andy is not in control anymore. Although his families business is one of the targets. Of course finding the “good guys” as a strategic is the hard part but with all the depth on the board One would think they know what to do and who to engage with.

Maybe I am confused or missing something? Who has been doing all the selling? That sure does not seem random and has been going on for months seemingly unabated.
