Where is that confirmation of bankruptcy filed?

The only evidence I found was on a seekingalpha article making an unsubstantiated claim about it, and they are known to promote false information.

Anyone think it's odd that the company is issuing statements about the future, even though there is a supposed bankruptcy on the way?
