Why is nobody talking about her husband, Mihai?

There have been several posts pointing to the webpage of the founders of PCTI, but all of the talk has been about President Cathy Chis. What about her husband, VP Mihai Chis?

Based on the fact that the content of the founders' webpage on the company website is mostly about him and his technical background, it appears to me that he was the technical visionary for the company.

Maybe nobody wants to talk about him, and why his isn't mentioned in the 8-K announcing the reverse merger, is because he died on August 27, 2018:

He defected to the United States in 1987 and worked in the field of power electronics before starting his own firm, Power Conversion Technologies, Inc., (PCTI), which serves military and industrial customers worldwide.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Catherine Chis; ...

My condolences on Ms Chis' loss.

Perhaps Mr. Chis death is one of the reasons that his wife is now taking the company public.

FWIW, I found this info a couple of hours ago, but decided to wait to post it until after the market closed.
