You bring up a good question, because companies typically do these things in sequence. I think that being delinquent on any filing supersedes the order of filing, but I also know that 10-Qs are a lot easier than 10-K's. You bring up a very good point and that is something the company needs to communicate to shareholders. I will add that to the list of things that need to be addressed in the next two weeks.

We had planned to pull the curtain back on Nutribrands and some other areas in conjunction with the earnings call that didn't take place, so that is management's choice on whether some of the curtain pulling will happen leading up to the 10-K or prior to the 10-K. If you have been in Verus since the RBIZ days, you are a battle tested veteran of this stock.
