What are they going to pay their new notes with ? According to AIS, hardly any of what’s left of the active fleet is moving, it’s literally just parked. Still transmitting AIS information, but these vessels have not moved in many weeks, most months.

Wonder when/if they are ever going to file the HOSing 4Q19 results ??? Probably not before the March 23 HOSed bloodbath
